Haley's Thoughts

Today is Sunday and we are going to have church at the main house and I'm really looking forward to it! Today, I also want to send my birthday wishes to my mom! Happy Birthday Mom!!!!! I'm sorry I missed your birthday and I hope you have an amazing day! I love you and miss you so much! Being in Honduras has blessed me in so many ways I didn't even think was possible. I love the people, the food, the culture and I just love being here. It's kind of difficult to sum up my experience in Honduras in one post, but I'm going to try. It is so great to create many new relationships with the team members and share our stories and grow closer to each other while growing closer to God. I wouldn't want to experience that with any other group of people. When we got here, I wasn't too sure about how I was going to react to being away from home for so long because I never do well being away from my family, but I am having such an amazing time here, learning so much about myself that I didn't know before and I believe that we all have created another family here. I am so excited to come home, but I don't want to leave Roatan at the same time! I love you all and miss you so much! I can't wait to see you all next week!
